Stage ii: CCL2 secretion / macrophage accumulation.
Stage iii: macrophage and Tnf-a permeate the whole region.
Stage iv: Tnf-a activates hair regeneration in the whole region.
Hair regeneration further spreads due to propagation of regenerative hair waves.
